Starting out as a carpenter, Matt built his reputation in residential builds and renovations before expanding the business across all sectors of the construction industry. His commitment to quality and attention to detail has developed into a strong technical understanding and extensive experience delivering complex, high-quality projects.
As Director, Matt oversees projects at a strategic level, working closely with clients, trades, and suppliers to ensure every build meets the highest standards. His technical expertise enables effective decision-making, problem-solving, and quality control throughout all stages of construction, providing a professional, transparent, and reliable service from start to finish.
In his downtime, Matt enjoys watching his children play football and can often be seen running the line, cheering them on from the sidelines.
Originally an electrician by trade, Mario built a successful electrical business whilst gaining the knowledge and experience of all the trades over the years before eventually moving into fully managed construction projects.
Mario works closely with architects, developers, landlords, private homeowners, and care providers. He splits his time between meeting new clients, supporting ongoing projects, and managing supplier relationships.
When he’s not working, Mario enjoys cycling and spin classes, as well as socialising with friends and family.
With a wealth of experience managing complex projects including senior roles with blue-chip organisations in London, Lorraine oversees the company’s operations, finance, marketing, and strategy, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
She heads up the business operations, administration and marketing teams, drives key decisions, and manages the company’s operations from start to finish.
Outside of the office, she enjoys strength training, following MotoGP motorbike racing, and watching her daughter play football, all while supporting Liverpool.
She is the friendly face steering the office ship, making sure everything runs smoothly, and the team has the support they need to keep projects on track. With her sharp attention to detail and practical expertise, nothing slips through the cracks, and she does it all with a smile.
In her free time, Vicky enjoys spending time with her son, going out for meals and catching up on the latest Netflix series.
Supporting the team, Hayley ensures everything is on track and that everyone feels supported. From tackling tasks big and small to spreading good vibes throughout the office, she combines efficiency with a friendly approach that keeps the team motivated and organised.
Beyond the desk, you will find Hayley breaking a sweat in gym classes, sipping wine, and socialising with friends.
Managing the company’s accounts and payroll, Linda efficiently processes supplier invoices and subcontractor payments. Her diligence and organisation keep the financial side of every project running smoothly, supporting both the team and clients.
When Linda’s not getting her hands dirty in the garden, you will find her piecing together puzzles or indulging in her guilty pleasures of Coronation Street and Strictly Come Dancing.
