The clients’ requirements were to erect a new detached garden room that could house a games room, cinema room and social chill out area for a fraction of the cost of a normal extension.
We constructed an insulated timber framed building with bi-fold doors and floor to ceiling windows to allow the light to flood into the room creating an impressive space.
There is also a bathroom incorporating a shower and double bedroom.
Our client acquired this beautiful thatched cottage but needed more living space and wanted to extend whilst retaining the same charm and character of the original property.
